There are so many companies that struggle with growing and adapting to the new landscape that we're in because so many things have changed. There's this digital era that has come about and a focus on marketing like never before. Unfortunately, so many of us don't really understand all the intricacies.You hire this agency and they do it this way. Another agency does it that way. So, it's just really hard to navigate everything and that leads to a lot of people just sticking to what's always worked. I'm seeing a lot of confusion leading to this kind of mindset and that's why I want to challenge you to really think outside of the box. Think about what's possible in your business. See what other businesses are doing and how you might be able to leverage their strategies and apply them in your business.

Technology Advances Your Strategy

So, what I want to talk to you all about today is how to get that competitive advantage. What I can promise you is that technology advances your strategy. Technology is going to advance your company and your business because it's going to automate a lot of manual processes, streamlining them, and increase the overall output. For many businesses, the first interaction with a new lead is a phone call and some might be worried about losing that personal touch when using technology. It’s a different way of doing things but it addresses the bigger problem; that there are so many missed opportunities for contractors. And so, how can we leverage technology to streamline and automate utilizing data and artificial intelligence? That's what we're about to uncover.

The 4 Pillars for Sustainable Success

I'm really excited to share this with all of you because once you figure out your data, your technology, and your processes; you are going to have more predictable results. Here are the four pillars that I build on for success. You have People. You have Process. You have Data. And you have Technology. These four pillars have really helped me to attain predictable, sustainable success.

In my career, I've generated over half a billion dollars in roofing sales. When it comes to roofing, I've tried everything you can imagine and invested in every little thing you can think of. When there's a new tool, if a new thing comes out, I invest in it and I try to figure out how it can bring value to the contractor industry. Now, with that being said, I’ve been able to discover quite a few technologies and strategies that I want to share with you and teach you how to apply them to get that predictable, sustainable success. So, does anybody here want that? Anybody want some of that? Because in the next part, we’re going to dive in. Stay tuned.
